Growing Dinosaur Egg

This toy has kept us entertained for ages

As you can see from the picture, you start off with an interesting looking egg inside a clear plastic egg (with a coloured bottom and matching clip

You then fill the egg with water ... and ... nothing much happens! If you try to forget about it for a while - when you go back it will have started to hatch out

The next day when you check it, it'll be quite a bit more hatched (we suggest you change the water every day 'cos it goes a bit gooey).

One day when you look at it you will have hatched your Dinosaur baby!

The egg has a clip on the top ... which has us a bit mystified really ... you wouldn't want to carry it around full of water (you could do after it has grown and you've tipped the water out .. but really .... WHY would you?
