Dinosaur Skipping Rope

Anyone that thinks that skipping is 'just for girls' aught to give a thought to 'Rocky' and all the great REAL boxers ... not many of them you'd call girly to to their face, is there?

Skipping is great exercise, good for agility and coordination and builds stamina ... so, while the weather is good we should ALL be skipping (except those of us with dodgy knees and hips who have notes from their Mum!)
