Make Your Own Putty Dinosaur

This is an easy little 'kit' for a rainy day ... all you need to do is add water and follow the instructions to produce your own little Dinosaur figure!

You simply half fill the plastic mould with water (we used a bit more than half) ... choose the colour powder you are going to add and sprinkle into the water (you have to be a bit careful to spread it evenly) - then use the spatula to scrape it flat (to be honest we didn't need to flatten ours) THEN (and we have NO IDEA why you do this!) you dip the mould into a container of water for 5 seconds

Then you just leave the mould to set (probably on the kitchen window sill) for at least 30 minutes before carefully lifting your newly made dinosaur out

We found that the Dinosaur felt a bit wet and softish so we left it to dry and eventually it does dry into a solid shape

• Mould
• 3 Packets of coloured powder
• Wooden spatula
